David Douglas, Vice President, Director since 2015David Douglas joined the Westshore Community Foundation in February, 2015. David retired to Gimli in 2006 after a 37-year career in law enforcement. He and his wife, Charlotte, have three children and two grandchildren. David is a Past Master of Viking Masonic Lodge in Gimli and has been an active Board Member for a variety of groups throughout Canada.
